Your enquiry

We collect your company name, contact name, business email, country, business type, selected products and case quantities. Your website and message are optional. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.

While you type, entries stay in the current page’s memory. Selecting “Send wholesale enquiry” transmits them to our server on Vercel for validation and to Resend for email delivery to our Microsoft 365 business mailbox. Your email is the reply address so our team can respond. We do not automatically email you a copy or subscribe you to marketing.

The application does not save enquiries in a database or browser storage. Reloading clears its temporary form state, but does not delete a submitted email. Your browser may separately offer autofill.

Why we process information

We use enquiries to respond to business requests and discuss quotations. For business representatives, this serves our legitimate interests in business communication under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Where you are personally a prospective contracting party, processing necessary to take steps at your request before a contract falls under Article 6(1)(b). Website security serves our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f); legally required records are processed under Article 6(1)(c).

Service providers and transfers

Authorised members of our team receive enquiries. Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers the emails, and Microsoft 365 provides our business mailbox. These services may process request information, IP addresses, security logs and delivery records necessary to operate and protect their services.

Processing may occur outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and transfer, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. See the processing terms for Vercel, Resend and Microsoft. Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, follow up quotations and manage a relevant business relationship. Records needed for an agreement, statutory obligations or legal claims may be retained longer. Information is deleted when no longer needed for these purposes. Provider logs are subject to their service settings and contractual retention arrangements.

The form’s temporary state lasts until the page is reloaded or closed. Our basic request-limit counters expire after ten minutes within a server instance; they do not contain your enquiry message.

Cookies and tracking

The application does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, marketing cookies or local-storage records. Hosting providers may use security mechanisms required for their services. Animations respect your device’s reduced-motion preference.

An enquiry does not place an order, reserve stock or create a payment obligation. We do not use the enquiry form for profiling or automated purchase decisions.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us by email or at the registered address above. These rights are subject to the conditions in the GDPR.

You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.
